Senior Product Manager, Engagement Analytics

The Senior Product Manager, Engagement Analytics will be responsible for the engagement analytics technology strategy, roadmap and execution and ensure alignment to broader company vision and initiatives.  This person will deliver analytics measuring outreach campaigns driving a population to primary care using the Salesforce Marketing Intelligence platform.

This person will need to be a collaborative leader in the context of work with multiple stakeholder teams including R&D, professional services, client services, sales as well as up and downstream marketing.  This person needs to be able to manage executive level communication with ease through regular well-informed status updates that tie the work to outcomes and KPIs.  

The preferred candidate will be a problem solver that thrives working across marketing, healthcare, technology, and data domains to identify problems and mobilize a cross-functional team to solve them.  The candidate will have experience working in marketing, communications, or client services and possess strong analytical and communication skills.  This person has experience writing functional and technical requirements and partnering with the R&D team through the product development process.  The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving, have a growth mindset, and be able to drive progress independently.  

This candidate will have experience with Salesforce marketing tools, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, etc, and have an understanding of standardized product documentation processes (Confluence, JIRA). 

A successful candidate will possess the ability to influence, effectively communicate and build a business case in an effort to leverage matrixed teams to building out this solution.  The ideal candidate will have experience as a Salesforce architect and/or administrator and have a strong technical understanding of the architectural platform and an understanding of how to apply the technology to new use cases.

 

Compensation:  $121k-$160k/annual salary (national average, premium markets may vary)
