Senior Compensation Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively collaborate with leaders and HR business partners across the organization for all job evaluations and compensation reviews
• Conduct compensation modeling, salary benchmarking data, pricing projects, internal and external pay equity and wage compression analysis, FLSA reviews and modeling to determine the financial impact of compensation related recommendations
• Responsible for timely review and approval requisition, position and compensation submissions within Workday
• Support administration and conduct analysis of annual pay planning processes
• Conduct compensation analysis and modeling for HR integration projects
• Lead all annual compensation surveys, perform survey job matching, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research as needed to ensure market competitiveness.
• Maintain and support on-going job architecture analysis
• Evaluate new and existing business processes within Workday
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in HR or related field
• 3 – 5+ years of demonstrated compensation experience with salary modeling, compensation planning, compensation prevailing practice, incentive/bonus plan design, and/or compensation analytics.
• Proven experience with salary planning tools, job evaluation techniques, and market trends
• Extensive knowledge of Workday and Compensation tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to present and deliver messages to executives and senior management
• Professional certification related to compensation such as Certified Compensation Professional CCP, preferred.
• Proven experience with salary planning tools, job evaluation techniques, and market trends
• Extensive knowledge of Workday and Compensation tools

• Professional certification related to compensation such as Certified Compensation Professional CCP, preferred.
Compensation: $90K – $130K and bonus eligible (national average, premium markets may vary)
