The Change Management Director will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Director, Change Management

The Change Management Director will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.

  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to ensure employee understanding and engagement.

  • Develop and manage communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.

  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in change management roles, with a track record of successful change initiatives.

  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:  $132K – $196K & bonus eligible
