Content Manager
The Content Manager is responsible for leading procurement, organization, and utilization of apree-generated content for commercial efforts – primarily proposal development and new sales. This role focuses on ensuring the commercial and proposal team has reliable, high-quality content to deliver competitive proposals efficiently.
The Content Manager will work cross functionally with apree’s product, marketing, sales, sales enablement, and proposal teams to streamline access and utilization of sales content.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Content Database Management
Maintain and update Loopio content database, including regular reviews to keep content fresh.
Organize content hierarchy and ensure proper organization and tagging for easy retrieval, accounting for changes in solution set.
Manage post RFP content database update process.
Oversee content imports, and automated workflows within Loopio.
RFP Collateral Management
Collect and curate relevant content from internal resources (e.g., sales decks, release notes), and create new content for RFPs.
Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
Collaboration with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts
Schedule and coordinate regular content reviews with subject matter experts.
Ensure SME-approved updates are reflected in the content database.
Facilitate communication between SMEs, PMs, and the RFP team.
Work with PMs to synthesize product updates for updates to the content library.
Content Strategy and Optimization
Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance content quality and consistency.
Implement feedback from proposal wins and losses to improve future responses.
General Support for RFP Process
Provide RFP-specific content to writers as needed.
Work with Proposal Managers to assist in RFPs as needed based on RFP volume.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with proposal development, sales enablement, and/or content management, especially in the digital health space
Familiarity building and maintaining enterprise content management systems with a strong preference for experience with Loopio
Mastery of Google office suite (Drive, Docs, and Sheets), Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with leading AI tools including Loopio and Gemini
Ability to create new proposal templates in Google docs and Microsoft Word and proficiency in using these tools to create finalized proposals for delivery
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working directly with individual members of the sales team on specific proposal responses and complex deals
Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working across multiple teams to procure content from different subject matter experts
